OSCARS пројекат функционише као кластер научних кластера у областима

  *   ENVRI (environmental science),
  *   ESCAPE (astronomy and particle-nuclear physics),
  *   Life Science RI (life sciences),
  *   PaNOSC (photon and neutron science),
  *   SSHOC (social science and humanities).

Поменути пројекти окупљају низ од преко 70 истраживачких инфраструктура (RIs) које обухвата ESFRI и који раде на управљању FAIR података и повезивању корисничких заједница са EOSC.
