The goalLearning basic chemical concepts and principles. Mastering chemical calculations and basic laboratory operations. Mastering the concepts of chemical equilibrium. Getting to know the properties of chemical elements and their compounds on the basis of general principles, electronic configuration of the atom and the type of bond between the atoms. Familiarizing with the common properties of elements according to their position in the Periodic Table of elements.
The outcomeUtilization of theoretical and practical knowledge on basic chemical concepts and principles. Applying chemical calculations involving a critical understanding and linking of theory and experiments. The integration of the knowledge gained by studying the properties of the elements and their compounds according to the position in the Periodic Table of elements.
