      The goalIntroducing of the process-technological aspects of the valuable components recovery from waste by-products and raw materials. Acquiring engineering knowledge necessary for further training in the field of recycling of metals, non-metals, polymers, composites and engineering materials.
      The outcomeStudents can independently monitor engineering, material and energy flows in recycling technologies. The expertise needed to continue theoretical and experimental activities of recycling and the selection of NDT or combination of technological solutions.

Collecting, sorting and preparing waste for processing. Material and energy balance. Fragmentation and separation. Metallurgical processing. Recycling of batteries and accumulators. Special courses of electrical and electronic waste. Hazardous and radioactive waste. Recycling of glass, ceramics and building materials. Recycling of polyolefins. Recycling of poly (vinyl chloride).
