      The goalThe main objective of this course is to study the acquisition of knowledge about the classification of organic substances in the category of hazardous and harmful substances that are considered environmental pollutants. Using the known values ​​for the maximum allowable concentrations of these substances in the environment and the animals to the Act and legislation on this matter is set for model making MSDS list of individual pollutants and provide methods of use, transportation, processing and disposal of these materials.
      The outcomeIn particular, the study of their ecotoxicological properties (reactivity, flammability, explosiveness and toxicity). After considering all aspects of the operation sets the model observed removing substances from the environment and the final remediation of polluted habitat.
      Contents of lecturesIn the course examines a wide range of organic compounds classified as pollutants in the environment. Based on the physical, physico-chemical and toxicological characteristics are determined by hazard class (class reactivity, flammability class, class explosion and toxicity class), their impact on wildlife (systemic, acute and chromic effect), determine their toxicity according LD. Based on the determination of the total content of these substances in the environment (use of modern instrumental methods), following the movement of the matrices of water, air and land and their characteristics sets a model for their removal and remediation of the environment.
