The goalThe objective of the course is to get the students basic knowledge of the origin, composition and application of raw materials in the biotechnological production, the method of storing, monitoring and quality assessment.
The outcomeThrough the planned curriculum, test and seminar, students perceive the impact and the importance of raw materials in the quality of the final biotechnological products. The acquired knowledge will be able to apply for a variety of biotechnological production.
