The goalIntroduction to concept of nanomaterials and nanotechnology, and their influence on the development of contemporary technologies. Students will gain knowledge about synthesis, characterization and limiting properties of different types of materials on the nanometer scale, as well as in manipulation with such objects.
The outcomeStudents acquired basics in synthesis, properties and characterization methods of nanomaterials as well as in the importance of such materials and technologies. They gained abilities to predict the nanomaterial types and composition for desired applications and acquired insight in current and future implementation of nanotechnology
