The goalObjective is to introduce students to fuels technology, petroleum derived and alternative ones. The course provides knowledge on chemical basis and process specifics of these technologies.
The outcomeAfter this course students are familiar in depth with processing of petroleum derived and alternative motor fuels. They are familiar with process flow diagrams and key elemnts of these processes (reactors), chemical reactions (catalysis) and with process simulation.
