Applying the principles of process intensification in research ; 3. Applying the principles of process intensification in development of new technologies ;

    Contents of lecturesIntroduction to process intensification: basic principles and a new paradigm. ; 2 Space, energy, synergy and time domains of process intensification. ; 3. Functional integration of equipment. ; 4. Energy integration. ; 5. Structural integration (hybrid and multifunctional equipment) ; 6. Equipment miniaturization: micro-reactors, micro-separators, etc. ; 7. Deliberate unsteady-state processes. ; 8. Overview of the current state of process intensification: processes on the research, development and industrial application stages ;
