    The goalThe main objective of this course is to advance knowledge about management of industrial economic systems, especially in textile industrial enterprises. Course could be to enable development of students competitions for making right decisions in managing process.
    The outcomeTo conquer by knowledge about management, concepts and management techniques in industrial product systems.
    Contents of lecturesManagement - definition and development; Basic functions of management - planning, organization, staffing, motivation, communication, controlling; Strategic management - characteristic and importance; Concepts and techniques of strategic management - SWOT analysis, Curve of experience, Portfolio concept, PIMS, Scenario method; Specifications of management in some economic fields; Textile industry management - Management of production, Management of production assortment, Product elements management, Product capacity management, Product cycle management; Management of business success indicators, Specifications of development management:
