    Contents of lecturesTypes of separation processes; Selection of feasible separation process; Thermodynamics of separation processes; Single equilibrium stages and flash calculations; Distillation of binary mixtures; Absorption; Extraction; Approximate methods for multicomponent multistage separations; Strippers; Adsorption; Membrane separations in petrochemical industry; Supercritical extraction
    Contents of exercisesPractilal part consists of separation units design and problem solving in fields of: Types of separation processes; Selection of feasible separation process; Thermodynamics of separation processes; Single equilibrium stages and flash calculations; Distillation of binary mixtures; Absorption; Extraction; Approximate methods for multicomponent multistage separations; Strippers; Adsorption.
