The goalTo introduce students to basic princliples, chemical processes and appliances in Inorganic chemical technology, in the concrete examples such as: technology of fuels, water, ceramics, inorganic alkalies and acids, inorganic salts, mineral fertilizers and inorganic pigments.
The outcomeStudents master the basic principles, different chemical processes and appliances in Inorganic chemical technology. Students are well introduced and gain knowledge to specific technologies that originates from the field of Inorganic chemical technology.
Contents of lecturesThe course is designed in a way to consider the basic principles of Inorganic chemical technology, basic types of processes and appliances applied in different fields of the inorganic chemical industry (homogenous and heterogeneous processes, high–temperature processes, catalytic processes as well as appropriate equipment). During the course are well treated water technology, technology of fuels, ceramics, inorganic alkalies and acids, inorganic salts and mineral fertilizers and technology of inorganic pigments.
