The goalUnderstanding of the higher course of organic chemistry, qualitative aspects of structure and reactivity studies with special accent on QSAR, QSRR, QSPR methods, as well as the becaming familiar with new groups of chemical reactions (pericyclic and free radical reactions) which are applied in complex organic synthesis.
The outcomeStudents should be able to perform complex organic reactions, following their course and the identification of product by up-to-date methods.
      Contents
Contents of lecturesTheoretical and practical basic knowledge of the quantitative aspect of the study of organic reactions, as well as the methods for their complete definition. The significant part of the course is dedicated to solvent influence. The students will get acquainted with ionic reactions, as well as pericyclic and free radical reactions
Contents of exercisesSynthesis of complex organic compounds with the following of the reaction course and the product identification.
