    The goalThe basic studies of chemistry and technology enlarged with knowledge of principals for quality management and enlargement of the system for the improvement of environment. The enrichment in the existing knowledge for the more organized and creative quality of products and services through market, economy and cultural aspect of living.
    The outcomeThe obtained knowledge and skills for quality management and organization of market, with economical and cultural aspects in business surrounding. The ability to implement the legislation of EU and national laws, as well as standards and regulations within quality management field.
    Contents
    Contents of lecturesThe quality management system. The development of the system of the quality management (QMS). From the measurements (M) of quality parameters, through quality control, (QC) and quality assurance (QA), to quality management (QM) and to total quality management,(TQM). The preparation for QMS. Models of QMS. ISO standards. Environment and working conditions. Environmental Management System (EMS). Integrated approach of QMS and EMS. The quality management within expert’s education. Management of projects. Managements of processes in chemical industry.

The example for manual for quality management preparation. The examples of records. The examples for the preparation of guidelines. The example for the plans for quality management.
