      The goalThe main objective is to study complex pollutants typical of individual parts of the environment. Data for harmful substances are collected by monitoring the quality of air, soil and water. For each part of the environment, the situation analysis, assessment and proposals for protection planning are done. Using the obtained values, a model of distribution of certain pollutants is set up, and procedures for their removal and further monitoring are envisaged.
      The outcomeUnderstanding the importance of making a register of environmental pollutants to look at the real state and proper environmental management, linking with the legislation in this coastline. Instructing students to apply acquired knowledge in practice.

      Contents of lecturesEvaluation and classification of pollutants in the environment, especially observed in water, air, soil, waste, chemicals (production, use, disposal), natural resources, as well as economic and financial effects arising from such assessment. On the basis of this evaluation, conclusions on the impact on the living world and on the management and quality of the environment are drawn.
