The goalThe student receives the necessary knowledge about the production and use of microbial biomass and its constituents in the food industry, medicine and agriculture.
The outcomeThrough the planned curriculum and seminar work, students will acquire adequate knowledge of raw materials, production conditions of the microbial biomass and the importance and application of microbial biomass and its constituents in a particular industry. The acquired knowledge will be able to apply in engineering practice.
