The goal | The goals of the course are to introduce students to the basic knowledge of chemistry of carbohydrates, proteins, natural aromatic compounds, lipids, terpens and terpenoids, and alkaloids as well as to their isolation and transformations. | |||
The outcome | Students will gain knowledge of basic principles of chemistry of carbohydrates, proteins, natural aromatic compounds, lipids, terpens and terpenoids, and alkaloids, which will enable them to analyze and connect new concepts easier in future studying and practical work. | |||
