The goalComprehension of thermodynamic properties calculations necessary for the analysis and design of the industrial processes that involve phase equilibria and separation processes.
The outcomeStudents will learn about thermodynamic properties of pure or multicomponent fluids essential for phase equilibria description. Also, students will get acquainted with basic laws that can be applied in phase equilibria processes and how to apply thermodynamic models for calculations of phase equilibrium parameters from ideal to non-ideal mixtures.
