        The goalThe aim of the course is to teach the students physics of biopolymers and biophysics of complex systems. The aim is also to provide the students competences to critically analyze the relevance biophysics problems in engineering practise.
        The outcomeStudents extended their knowledge and gained skill to analyze complex biophysics problems. ; Also, students gained communication and social competencies required for work in a team of engineers. ;
        Contents
        Contents of lecturesTopics covered include: Physics of informational biopolymers. Biophysics of membrane. Biomechanical processes. Complex bioelectrical activities.Biological neural networks and cognitive and psychosomatic implications. Biophysical effects of electromagnetic fields, ions and ionizing radiation.
        Contents of exercisesDemonstrations in other centres and laboratories -Laboratory for cognitive psychology, Institue for menthal health, Institute for nuclear sciences Vinca, Institute of physics.
