The goal | Understanding welding and soldering metallurgy through knowledge of particular features of non equilibrium reactions and kinetics in weld metal, heat affected zone and base metal. | |||
The outcome | Student will be trained to properly select welding parameters which will, together with selected welding proces, provide required microstructure and appropriate mechanical properties of weld joint | |||
