University of Belgrade Among the Top 500 Universities in the World

In the 2025 Shanghai Ranking (Academic Ranking of World Universities, ARWU), the University of Belgrade was once again ranked among the top 500 universities globally, placing in the 401–500 range.

The University of Belgrade has also maintained an excellent position this year, as in previous years, in fields studied at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy. In particular, it ranks between 101st and 150th place in the fields of “Food Science and Technology” and “Metallurgical Engineering.”

These consistently strong results year after year confirm the continuity and excellence of the academic and scientific research work of the staff at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy and its Innovation Center, as well as their contribution to the international recognition of the University of Belgrade.
